About Peace of Mind Products: Mission Statement
"Peace of Mind values the lives of seniors and the disabled, we can provide help at the touch of a button, we make it possible for seniors and the disabled to remain independent and safe at home by providing quality service, affordable medical alarm systems, and monthly monitoring".

Peace of Mind Products was established in 2003 as an additional service provided by The Senior's Choice of Lodi, a home care company for seniors and the disabled. Peace of Mind Products continued to grow, and in 2007 split off from The Senior's Choice as a separate organization, focusing specifically on medical alarms and fall prevention for seniors and the disabled.

Medical alarms can be shipped and activated anywhere in the U.S.   Personal installations are available in the local area within a two-hour drive from our main office in Lodi, California.

Professionally Installed
Within the local area, all medical alarms are installed by a trained professional and each alarm is tested in the home. You will be instructed on how to use your new alarm with confidence.

We take your privacy very seriously. We will not share your information with an outside party for marketing, and we are HIPAA compliant. All of our employees are thoroughly trained and background-checked.

Help at the Touch of a Button Could Save Your Life!

A Medical Alarm Is NOT Just for Emergencies
There is never a per-call charge by Peace of Mind Products or a charge on your phone bill, so feel free to use your Peace of Mind Medical Alarm Emergency Response System anytime you feel unsafe or need a little reassurance.

Care Calls
In a potentially hazardous situation, our members are encouraged to contact our care center by pressing their personal help buttons. Within seconds, our friendly care monitor will attempt to make voice contact over the two-way base unit. We will monitor the situation to ensure your safety and security. If it is necessary, we will call the local police, sheriff's department or EMS to request assistance.

Medical AlarmsSome examples of care calls are:

  • A stranger at the door
  • Hearing noise at night
  • Ascending and descending stairs
  • Walking to the mailbox
  • Feeling faint or dizzy
  • Concerned about taking medication – i.e., insulin
  • Assistance for another family member or friend

Medical Alarm Flexibility
Our medical alarms do not have to stop with just a single personal medical help button (PHB). A second PHB can be given to a spouse or companion, and there are special needs personal medical alarm buttons for those that are unable to activate a standard help medical alarm button. We are proud to bring safety and security to those with almost any condition.

Medical Alarm Features
The pendant is very small, light and waterproof. The personal help button (PHB) can be worn as a pendant, or in a watchband style. It is fully waterproof, and can be worn in the shower or bathtub! It will function up to approximately 200 - 900 feet from the base unit. Ranges vary depending on unit model and local environment.

Help at the Touch of a Button - 24 / 7
When you call for help, our safety monitors will talk with you to make sure the proper help is sent (ambulance, police, fire, family, etc.).

Emergency and Reset Buttons!
The base unit is large and easy to read. They are backlit, so you can see them even in the dark. Anyone could use them.

Lose Electrical Power?
Don’t worry: Your unit has 24 hours of “back-up” power, and it will send a signal to the monitoring station automatically when a power failure occurs.

Limited English Speaking?
Our call center can handle almost any language need, directly or through a professional language service provider.

Other Features:
The units are attractive and small, and takes very little space. It can also be wall-mounted if you desire.
